Just wondering who else here in the forums has a SL Profile? I primarily started it to help promote the club where I work but find it kind of fun to learn just a tad more about friends in SL.

I can't even recall why I got one....oh wait.....because I got some kind of gadget that tracks your time in SL and it's linked to this site. I never really go in and browse it... seems redundant really.....a lot of people who are willing to share more info put in their in-world profile anyway....and if they don't......they probably aren't listed on the web page either. I agree, I have on too. Its too myspacy for me. I agree, it does ask for lots of RL details and is myspacey, but I also think its how you approach it. I answered what I wanted and didn't answer alot. I'd say all my friends did the same. Kind of learned little things about them without learning really much. Just fun. As I said, I use it for a promotional tool and has found it has worked but just brought it up because I am having a little fun along the way. |
