What is a "voice doll"? I saw this in the employment ops subforum and no, I'm not looking to do this, but curiosity drives this cat.

i was introduced to a bot the other day and had a short conversation with it, I said Hello my name is Dekka Raymaker and my password is 123, later in the conversation, which ocassionaly goes off track I say hey what's my name and the bot replied "your Dekka Raymaker", I then said I forgot my password do you remember it and the bot replied "your account belongs to me", no seriously it remembered 123. I was impressed, spent a good half an hour having a laugh with it.

In that context, I'd gather that a "Voice Doll" refers to someone who can provide premium escort service (cybersex) via voice.

Yeah I wonder it sounds like just another name for saying voice sex except the doll or play
thing is person agreeing to be objectified as a doll or toy.

yeah I agree w/ FD. ...ever see one of those boxed fetish "dolls" (read avatar in a box) waiting for somebody to "rent them"? I'm guessin it just means somebody whose "SL job" is to be in one of those boxes, in a high traffic sex sim, until somebody comes along to pay for cyber. they're just another fetish Escort type.

It's like "pony girls", if you dare to google it :P

Ah, thank you. I had deduced that, but hoped for something better, more humorous. Goddess, the "employment" ads get offensive sometimes! "Voice doll" seems to embody a particularly dismissive view of women. Also, somehow, it makes me think of a ventriloquist's puppet and that's a bit of a giggle.

Strange thing, I won't judge it but there are people who like to treated
