Clothing WAR!!!

Short version - Thought of a new game for clubs and events.

Long version - I have 8,237 items in my inventory. Of that, 50% is clothing. I imagine I'm not the only one with such a closet.

Tonight, I put on some good jams, hopped on a happening dance animation, and went from folder to folder, just revelling in the excess of digital fabric I have. I had such a blast, and let's face it; we wouldn't spend so much on skins and clothes if we didn't enjoy having them all. It got me to thinking that it might be fun to show all this off....

How about if some night at the Forum Cartel hangout we have the DJ remind us to change clothes every song? Whoever winds up wearing the same thing as someone else has to A) take a drink, B) tip the DJ, or C) run around the room yelling in all caps "BIBBLE, BIBBLE, PASS THE PORRIDGE!"

"Same thing as someone else" can be interpreted as loosely as the DJ desires. ($L1000 if you catch so obscure a reference.)

Cute idea but might take someone 5 songs to rez 1 outfit LOL

You could see about making your idea the regular Tuesday night event. That way people have a chance to give it a try if they miss the first occasion. And participates could practice switching outfits, the dj's could give a 10 second warning that the song is ending. Just what would you call this event? Would 'Clothing War' be the name or something else?
