I also have not had any problem seeing the classifieds. So at least take heart that your money is not totally wasted -- some of us are seeing them.

Anya, I see them. In the all search, I put in a few broad keywords, and I get the sidebar of ads as usual.

Try clearing the viewer's web browser cache.
Edit > Preferences > Web > Clear now. The same thing happens to the Showcase. Frequently. _____________________

Try clearing the viewer's web browser cache. Edit > Preferences > Web > Clear now. The same thing happens to the Showcase. Frequently. Yep, this is a problem which started for me about 3-4 weeks ago. I have to clear the browser cache quite often now to get classifieds to show. It's so bad I've canceled many classifieds, no sense paying for them if nobody can see them. _____________________

I see them sometimes, but not always.
I filed a support ticket on it and it was closed with a quickness. They told me to go to JIRA with my problem! How about REFUNDING us for the classifieds half the people can't see? I don't think that'll happen. _____________________

It would appear that clearing the browser cache fixes this for individual people, but that's not really a fix. Classifieds are not showing for an unknown number of people.

About 2 years ago classified was down for over a week and LL did give everybody a week free.They also said that it was a one of and that it was at their sole discretion.
So perhaps it will never happen again, _____________________

Classifieds still broken. An unknown number of people aren't seeing classifieds on the All tab of search. I have to clear my browser cache every few days to fix it. I doubt if most people do that, or know to do that.

I wish I would have seen this last month. I noticed a problem but it really didn't sink in till today. None of my ads are showing up. I just turned off auto-renew on all my ads and don't plan on putting up new ones until this is fixed.
I wish there was some way to get a refund (so much money down the drain). _____________________
