Can anyone tell me whether AV chat and Object chat stop at a region boundary and if there are settings to restrict it?
btw, I am trying to stop the noise leaking OUT of my part of the sim and into a nieghboring one.

Hi Roland,

The short answer is yes....as long as it's not 'shouting'. I don't know what size parcel we're talking about here. But, if folks are shouting to one another....or if an object is set to 'shout' then it's definitely possible for it to leak into other areas.

If you have objects set to chat to visitors....make sure they are not set to shout.....and also placed near the center of your parcel as things too close to an edge can also leak over. Ya probably wont be able to stop AV's from shouting all the time....especially if we're talking about a club (things can get obnoxious on the mainland where there's no covenant or restrictions with residential versus commercial).
Anyway, I hope this answers your question, for the most part. ;)

Chat and shout will extend beyond sim borders.
