Openspace tier billing date

I can't seem to get a response from Support on this so I was hoping someone here would be able to help.

I own an estate and will order an openspace very soon. My first question is if the first month tier is included with the initial setup fee, as it is for full islands. I'm pretty sure it is.

Also, will I be billed for the openspace tier at the same time my full island tier is billed, or will the openspace tier be billed separately and on a different date, such as 30 days after the openspace is ordered?

Yes on the first month - the tier for month one is included or waived however you look at it AND you will be billed at different times

You can go to the land portal, and click the ESTATE MANAGEMENT tab. When you click the specific estate, it will tell you the date your fee is due.

It will always be 1 month from the time ordered, prorated months are not offered by LL.
