Lindens Transaction Makes A Support Ticket?

Hi all

I have just had to submit a ticket regarding an issue with groups I am having, and I was just looking through all my tickets there...I had only knowingly sent one before, but there was a bunch classed as "New" and on reading them it seems they are from where I have uploaded any funds and are messaged as from Paypal to LL saying they have received a payment..

Is this normal? I am sorry if its a dumb question I have just never seen it before...

Never heard that one before but I don't use paypal..

If you're worried about it, I'd do up a billing support ticket and ask them if it's anything to worry about or if it's just normal noise. It could be that this is something that always happens but is normally hidden to residents - maybe there's a bug that's letting you see them.

I have never heard of that either. That is strange..

I have put in a ticket.. will update when (if?) I get an answer! Its quite weird!
