Cant join groups with Second Life RC 1.22.11 (113976)

The "Join Group" option doesn't appear to be showing when you do a group search using Second Life RC 1.22.11 (113976). It just displays the group info and thats it.

*The only way around this I have found is if you know someone who is in the group you wish to join you can access it through their profile and join that way, or be invited to join a group.

Anyone else noticed this or am I missing something really obvious ? It always used to work before I installed the RC.

I don't think it's changed. With the new HTML group search (was it 1.21 when they switched over? life is blurry these days), you have to hit the "view full profile" button to get the old-style group window that lets you join. Or is that button missing for you?

I wish they wouldn't use "view full profile" for the name of that button, since it's exactly the same button they use for user profiles, and to further confuse matters they put a link to the group's founder just above it.

I was getting messages in the html page of the group section saying i was not allowed to view the group owners profile to view the old style group window in the RC Client.

This was making it impossible to join groups.

Just tried it again now 8 hours later and it is working now.

Group page in HTML defo needs working on. Very confusing in the design.
