I mistakenly applied a free sample skin from Opium & I can't get rid of it. The thing changed my race, sex, and overall features. Please Help!!!

You can't remove a skin. You have to replace it with another one. Search your inventory for 'skin' (minus quotemarks) and you'll see all your default ones popping up. Just try them on until you find the one you started with

You have to exchange body parts like skins, you can't just take them off. Find your old one in inventory and right-click>Wear on it. Edit: Damn alts!  Shapes, non-prim hair, and eyes are the same way.
