Strange TP/communication between sims

Hi all!
One of my renters has had problems over the past couple of weeks. She has a business on one mainland region and a satellite store on another. Lately, she and her customers have been unable to TP from one to the other (and which one it is seems to alternate.. in fact two days ago I could go from A to B just fine, but she couldn't, and vice-versa.) TP to and from A to any other region is fine; TP to/from B is hit-or-miss. Again, which one seems to vary at random. Using different LM locations for the same regions produces the same results; it's not just her stores' locations, it's anywhere in those regions. Also, purchases from her stores haven't been delivered and she tells me communications are faulty.

LL moved one region to another server and this fixed it for a couple days. Now we're back to the above problem again. Anyone else have this happen, or know why?

I normally see this when TPing to sims that are located at the opposite hosting facility (there are 2) from the one I'm TPing from is at. For me it's usually mainland to islands or islands to mainland. TPing to a different sim first, and then to my destination seems to work for me.

Thanks for the reply. That could be part of the problem. However I did try TPing to another location and then to one of the affected sims and was still unable. (I also checked that the av max hadn't been reached; it hadn't.)

I don't know what to tell the lady, except that we'll notify LL again. It's affecting her business and ours as well.

I've noticed that if you're trying to get to an older island hosted in SF that jumping to a class 4 old mainland sim (like those on heterocera) usually gets you there. Likewise, newer islands are easier to get to from new class 5 mainland or other islands hosted in Dallas(?). Heavy loads, traffic, and prime time all seem to make it worse, but it sounds to me like problems between hosting locations... which wouldn't be a first.
