Recently, I've noticed that my SL partner's picture shows up on profile picture boards when mine doesn't. How do I turn this feature on?

It's not you, it's the board itself that picks up profile pics. Some of them seem to run through the pics of all people who are close, others seem to settle on a picture and stick with it. My impression is that they often settle on the pic of the last person to arrive.
I'm never bothered if it chooses someone else, I find it very disconcerting to have myself watching everything I do. |

You have to set your profile to find in search.. Open your profile you will see the box there. Just give it a tick and 24hours you are set..
