Does anyone know what I should do? I bought a hat and they took the 130L but I didn't get my hat!

They have been having issues with transactions for the last number of hours. Contact the person you bought it from and go from there.

Contact the store owner. SL is pretty borked right now so transactions are really risky. Provide the owner with the transaction number, date, time, item, etc.

Yup.....what they said. Don't panic....it's common enough even when things are 'normal'.

Just go to the transactions link on the web site......copy the details of the hat purchase.....then......paste that onto a new notecard and write a quick explanation along with it. Then.....drop that in the profile of the vender/hat creator. Most creators are really good about that stuff. Just don't have a fit if they don't reply right away........there's no way of knowing what they're RL is like or how busy their schedule is. So.....just do that and don't worry about it.
If after a week there's still no reply....then try again, and try IM'ing as well. But chances are you'll get your hat with-in the next 48 hours. ;)
