How to make a conference call.

Hi all
Can someone please explain how i add more than 1 person in to an IM chat? I get invited in to loads of conference call's..Can someone tell me how to make one myself please.

i don't think you can do it with just a few people..from what i know of them you right click on your calling cards icon in your inventory and it sends a conference to everyone in your calling cards..

thats even people you don't have on your friends list that may still have their card in your calling cards..

If I'm not mistaken select someone on your friends list then hold down shift and select the other people you want to im and then hit the im button. You can voice chat that way. If this isn't right, I'm sure someone will be along shortly to correct me.

Ok thanks..Can you select a certain few on your contacts? As when i do that...All my contacts get highlighted? Is that right? :/

use the ctrl key and try left clicking the ones you want..that works in my viewer

That's the way. Select one in the firends list and then hold ctrl down while selecting (clicking on) each of the others. Then click the IM button.

If they are consecutive in the friends list, select the first and the hold shift down while selecting the last. All those in between will also be selected.

One nifty thing I learned about conference calls is how I thought you had to make a new conference every time you wanted to add a new participant. If you have the new person's calling card already, just drop it onto the existing convo and they are added to the ongoing friends conference.
