I'm at Garden of Da Vinci trying to take some underwater snapshots to hard drive of the hidden water cave from mouseview and the Save button is greyed out.
I have plenty of disc space. the File size does say unkown KB and it is set to Current Window for image size.
Any idea why the Save button is greyed out? Thanks.

you probably changed settings after the inital snapshot. click "refresh snapshot"

I'm using the latest release candidate. Just clicking the More button causes the filesize to change to unknown, even though one hasn't changed anything, and the Save button to gray out. meaning one has lost their shot!
Not optimal behavior.
