Viewer keeps flashing black

I submitted a ticket since my viewer keeps flashing black at the rate of the frame rate starting two days ago, however I got this unsatisfactory reply as usual of "please look up the wiki and our knowledge base (even though I clearly checked "I have already checked knowledge base" >_> ) and "do the research yourself because LL is too damn lazy to look through every single issue and come up with solutions".
My computer meets the SL graphics requirements, and I have the latest viewer. This problem only started occurring two days ago, and the moment I decrease screen size, there wouldn't be any flashing.
Did anyone experience this problem and know a fix?
