My friend did the new update yesterday but since then cannot get onto sl as he keeps getting a message say sorry crash server sending report to server 1
Can anyone tell me what this means and why he cant get on now but had no problem before?

Sounds Like wind Light is giving his machine a hard time and crashing on start up. Your friend might want to try an alternative viewer like Nicholaz Edition which uses the older SL version. Located @ http://nicholaz-beresford.blogspot.com/

Nicholaz isn't patched as of yet, but the Cool Viewer is, in both Windlight and non Windlight versions.
