Happy 4th Ceka!!

Wish I could get in-world! Talk about a chance for "unsafe and insane" fireworks...
Blow oneself to kingdom come, re-rez at home, and do it all over again!! Go for height!! Wheeeee!!

We've been horseback riding and all day in the hills letting off rockets and fire crackers like we do most every 4th..it's fun plus it helps the horses deal with loud quick bangs and sudden noises out of nowhere..
the idea is to catch the rider off guard lol
only two falls for me today lol

The first is making shoes at night while, you know, while the old cobbler sleeps. You can bake cookies in a tree. But the third job, some call it, uh, "the show" or "the big dance," it's the profession that every linden aspires to.

Happy Independence Day!

I was just accosted by a quartet of redcoats in Bay City, demanding tea. No, really! I laughed an laughed. And handed them some teacups and saucers.

Meanwhile... I hope ya'll can make it to tonight's show in Livingtree!

We just got back from riding the horses into town to watch the fire works..
I will say there is nothing like a good 4th of July in a small town and a good horse..
everyone brings out their horses..there were some beautiful animals there tonight..my dad calls them chess pieces when he see's one he likes hehehe
we took some two year olds we had just finished up with being broke earlier in the week and they loved the ride and stood there as calm as a quiet day eating in the pasture =)

the thing i love is,
there are always kids that just sit there and look and you know they want to get on hehehe so i'll ask them if they would like a ride around the square with me..me and my dad will do that until the fire works are about to start..

there is nothing like a good 4th of July on a beautiful day =)

Happy 4th of July everyone

Happy 4th of July Ceka and everyone else!

Mine's been great.

Beautiful night for fireworks...and I only had to take the kiddos to the port-a-potties once during the show. :D

omg i am jumping up for joy!!!
I have to scream and yell and i didn't want to make a thread for this..so i used this one..

we have been 15 days without rain and tried to plant corn this year because our rain season looked so well at the start of the year..
while the north was flooding there was a drought down here..
more than normal highs in the west and below avg temps in the east pushed everything to the upper mid west causing the flood to the north and drought to the south..

for the last week we have been seeing every kind of storm front just missing us like a big tease and watching our corn tasil and start to droop..

It is pouring down buckets of rain right now and i feel like dancing in it.. literally days away from losing thousands and thousands of dollars from treating the fields and getting seed in the ground to walking in fields that i can't reach the top of the stalks.this came at the right time..
risking 250 acres of planting corn instead of sticking with hay would have been a huge loss for us..

sorry for posting up but i'm so freaking happy right now that i just couldn't help myself..

ok i'm going to take off all my clothes and go dance in the rain !! lol
nobody lives around me so i can get away with that hehehe

Thank you!

I've been in a large pool with water squirter guns (with 10m range no less) and saw WallE the movie...
