Is anyone else having trouble with their HippoRent boxes over the last day or so?
I have two that insist on giving the tenant back the rent when they pay it (bit embarrassing!!), but still retain them as tenants. I have checked the config and all seems OK.
Anyone else having any problems?

Anyone else having any problems? Returning of payments is usually a Linden Lab issue i believe. Usually happens to me when there are others issues occurring in SL. If it continues with only a few particular boxes continually and no others, I would recommend triple checking the config, and/or replacing the boxes... I've had to delete and replace a flaky box once or twice. |

Return of payments also happens when the config is set up for, say, a max of 1 month. If the tenant has 2 days left, and tries to pay for another month, they cannot, and their payment is refunded (as this would exceed the max permitted).
My advice is to reread the config notecard for the tenants who had payments returned, see what the Max period has been set to, and see if they tried to pay for more than that permitted.
