empty world of Blue

Dont know if anyone else is having this problem. But maybe someone out there can give me a solution. There are times I log in and I land in a world thats nothing but wide open blue. and i'm no where to be found. I get the message "clothes are still downloading others will see you as normal you and move around normally. This is so not true. Im not even there. Then other times I appear as an alien and only see bit and pieces of things. And again I get that message about clothes and moving around normally. After serveral times of reloggin finally I will appear normal. I also notice that there are times when I first log in and go to my inventory I will freeze and crash. So I have to be sue that everything in my inventory has completely downloaded before I touch that.

Something like this happened to me yesterday after a lengthy teleport home. I landed in ocean that seemed to stretch forever and I could not move. It did say Kona Island at the top of the screen, but it was not the name I had given to my plot. After giving up, I logged back in later to "My last location" and I appeared back at my home landmark where it always is.

Another weird thing that is happening is I usually get the black teleport screen and the whoosh sound (that frankly has become tedious after so many repetitions), but sometimes lately I TP without the black screen and status bar and whoosh. It's like I still see my avatar and only the surroundings change, one prim at a time. I think that's cool. I wish it would always do that. -- KC

Isn't that how it works if you TP within a sim?

Experienced stuff like that its annoying. Crash, Tp failures, region relocating when I sign back in when I crash in spite fact my friends are still at the sim I got relocated from.
That why I have only logged in for tiny bit since Friday. Need a break but here because I can't go cold turkey yet. LOL
Heck can't even get away from bugs in forum. At least one of my post disappeared few hours ago and it was helping someone with a problem they were having that I discovered with backing up inventory. My post was like 3rd or 4th down now its gone. Wonder if I hit the delete button accidentally? hmm I have no clue.

I've found that teleports just arent working for me - if they do, its incredibly slow with loads of missing artefacts. If the TP doesn't work, it says region is logging me out.

Also, having lots of crashes (then again, I'm on an Intel Mac so I should expect as much judging by the lack of interest LL has in making the client actually useable).

I've really enjoyed meeting people in SL but I'm at a point now where I'm considering spending my time elsewhere (possibly even RL, horror of horrors!) because it seems like I get nothing but problems - and I'm paying a subscription for it too.

P.S. When I crash the error client pops up and tells me to send a report - fine and dandy, but what on earth are you supposed to do when the error reporting client keeps crashing?!
