facts:
1. upgraded to windows 7.
2. installed brand new drivers from nvidia.
3. installed current official SL client.
4. Graphics settings are maxxed, video cards are really super powerful, and SLI linked.

This is happening with local lights.

Help?

Is it possibly related to this issue, Winter? https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-15114

unrelated.

Problem is, bizarre "twisted" lighting effects, look for the weird dark lines, and rotated rectangle shape in the lighting.

Turns out, I'm not the only one who can see it in world.. so it's not just some misconfiguration on my computer. IN looking at the mesh of hollowed prims, I can see where the issue is coming from.

It's on Linden Lab's side of the graphics engine.. so I'm gonna cancel the red alert.

(it's not windows 7, or nvidia's fault... moving on.)
