Has anyone gotten their Risk API issues resolved?

I transfer to SLX once a month. Now it's flagged for Risk API. Has anyone gotten their problems resolved? I also have a basic account so I don't really know if LL even cares. I do spend a lot to pay rent for my stores, shop here and there. So my transactions are all valid. HELP!!!! I did do a ticket for the non paying accounts. But, you know how that goes...

I've never been flagged Risk API after dealing with SLX, but my alt was recently auto logged out and suspended because I accidentally sent it too much money. I filled out the *special* support ticket because it is a basic account; I put that it was probably due to billing issues. They responded within 24 hours; apparently I also had false information in the real life section of the registration; they said that they deduced there were no fraudulent or unusual transactions associated with the account and said I could have it back after I supplied the real info about myself. I sent the info and, about 24 hours later, I got my account back.

I think this was a case of Risk API; I even told them I thought that is what it was in the email. Did you fill out the special support ticket for your account with a valid email address that is associated with the SL account? Don't expect an email over the weekend, but all of my tickets have been answered within 24 hours; and I've filled out quite a few them for alts before.

lol... I sent one through the "paying account" section. They sent me a quick response. Since I'm a non paying account, I would have to resend through the basic questions. I tried it again. Hopefully, I hear something. Thanks for your info :)
