I just logged in (after much waiting) and ended up at 10,10,10
I have seen others mention this, but never had it happen till tonight
apparently I can not moved, and things look very weird
Anyone know exactly what the significance of 10,10,10 is?
Thanks in advance (TIA)

That's so weird... I've never heard of this until yesterday, and since then I've seen it at least 4-5 times. I'll go look it up and see if I can find anything.

Same here, never heard of it before, and last few days been seeing some comments about 10,10,10
Also FYI I have the newest release, the one on the blog.
tried looking it up, did not find anything though
although right now everything seems sluggish on the website (kb and all that) and can not seem to connect in world now
when I was at 10,10,10 it was really weird like I was underwater at night, and could not move or cam anywhere
had to log out

Darn, it's just too hard to search on "10, 10, 10". The forums won't search "10" at all. I have at least determined that there are no JIRAs that mention this in the title, but I am pretty sure that two of the mentions I saw of it yesterday were in a JIRA (and of course I can't remember which one). The other mentions of it were here on the forums, but I don't remember where. Since it seems new to both of us, it might be a new bug introduced in either the new client or the server updates. I guess the first question is whether you are actually at 10,10,10, or if your client just thinks you are. If this happens again (to anyone, not just Rha), try IMing a friend and have them come look for you. If they also see you at 10,10,10, then it is probably a server-side issue. But if they see you at your expected location (your home or last location, whichever you chose at logon), then that would seem to be a client-side issue. If anyone else has this issue, please let us know... we might need to create a JIRA for it.

Just think about it logically:
6, 6, 6 is the devil, and he lives in Hell 7, 7, 7 must be the floor above, which is purgatory 8, 8, 8 is therefore perdition 9, 9, 9 is limbo
so
10, 10, 10 is lights out (death)
Describe what you see again....

I went to 10,10,10 on Friday night, my first time also. IMO 10,10,10 means take 10 in RL for a bit while Second Life sorts itself out

NOTE:: This is entierly hypothenised on the first morning coffee. Facts can be distorted by lag and network connectivity in my brain *Grins* But it does make sense.......I think.
10,10,10 is the distance off of the 0,0,0 point of a sim where the overlap of the neighboring sim(s) push into that sim.
Every sim overlaps into the neighboring sim. This is to help with sim-crossings (Which scares me as to what effects we'd get without this if this is 'helping').
0,0,0 is known as the "Bermuda Triangle" of SL. Wierd things happen here. Prims 'ghost' in and out and can get stuck here, errant Transports (inter-sim TPs) can 'phase' you here and then back to where you where headed in high-lag times, etc.
I'm guessing that the 10,10,10 is simply a displacement froom the 0,0,0 by the sim overlap(s).
Why the 10,10,10 is suddenly cropping up NOW is a mystery. Perhaps LL is doing some changes to the sim-to-sim handoffs to "improve" them. *Shudders*.

We were at SLCC this year, and a very high end Linden informed me that 10, 10, 10 is is the neverending hell that they send the biggest flirts in SL to.

Mine was on a private island, however it could still be for that reason

I've ended up at 0,0,0 when doing something as simple as trying to sit... and oddly, saw a bunch of other people there dancing.
None of the other people knew they were there (I IMed them) and none were actually anywhere near where I was sitting.
Then I popped out into the chair that was my original target.
So aparently 0,0,0 is the soul of the All-Ruth, where we all originate.
10,10,10 must mean we've been kicked out.

Is the 10, 10, 10 the place I go when I sit on a couch and see nothing but black space around me?? I have to hit escape and reset camera to get out of it.... others see me sitting properly, but I'm in that black void space... Or is it that space at SKIDZ sandbox I arrive at when sitting on a box to whisk me to a private box...

That she's extremely thin? Means all three judges rated her extremely hot. Gotta wonder about those judges...

I'd never thought about it before, but the idea that <0, 0, 0> might've been causing region handoffs seems plausible...
Has <0, 0, 0> been replaced with <10, 10, 10> now, or just seen in some cases?

Uncoordinates

0,0,0 I once owned a 1024 right on the South Western corner of Corsica (Newfangeld sim) This was interesting as all the avatars from the sim who had that not uncommon experience of spending some time at 0,0,0 ended up in various postures and states of dress just beneath the seabed in my corner. Because it was the corner of the continent, they had a complete void all around them apart from my corner. I put a 10m animated transparent-textured sculpt centred at 0,0,0 so that when they had to spend some moments there, they would have a wonderful visual expirience 10,10,10 (not) I've noticed before that one or more parties running bots place (some of) them on the seabed in Linden Protected water sims. It used to be slap bang in the centre, but then they started to put them up near the NW corner of the sims. I noticed that a regular population of them took up residence in the open space sims joining Nautilus and Corsica, almost as those sims came online. However, they were joined from time to time by what appeared to be regular avatars, with non-noob bodies and clothes. There were as immobile and unresponsive as the usual Ruth-like bots. During Thursday's rolling restart, I noticed a very large population of dots in Map for the Opens Space sims. - Gotta check that out! Party time!! Most were confused real live keyboarders who had logged in and had been dumped in those sims. I think it was a bit more like 50,180,x than 10,10,10 - but it was obviously a specific set of coordinates in the sims. They kept piling in, sometimes stacking 4 or 5 avatars high until some moved out of that landing zone. I just had a quick peep now. There are smaller numbers being dumped there still. Some had just logged in, but others had been in a sim that crashed. So? There seems to be another set of magic coordinates where SL sometimes dumps avatars from, or logging into, crashing sims. I don't know what the conditions for this are. Any time I've been in a sim that crashed, I've just been frozen and had to relog.

From: Har Fairweather Means all three judges rated her extremely hot. Gotta wonder about those judges... yep if I was rated 10,10,10 by 3 judges I agree, really have to wonder about those judges on the topic of what 10,10,10 is I am still lost and confused, but some mighty good theories here
