Eek....earlier I mentioned the sim I own land on was being sold.....and the owner assured me repeatedly that nothing would change.....and the new owner would be in touch. He' had been nothing but cool the entire time he owned so I've had no reason to doubt his word.
I was on earlier today and my land was fine...in my name. I've just logged in and tho all my stuff is still very much in place.....and 'mine'......every plot is now 'owned' by this new owner....who is of course...not on-line. This had to taken place this afternoon.....so I'm really hoping it's an over sight and she'll be dripping apologies when she re-logs. The land covenant is the same.....states same group.....but this new owner does not appear to be a part of the group at all.....yet she owns all the land......
Oh...she just replied from her blackberry and said she'd be on soon to introduce herself to everyone......I sincerely hope I'll be getting rights to my land back LOL keep your fingers crossed folks.

If she's responding from her Blackberry, that means she's paying attention to her business and she's responsive. I wouldn't think it's time to panic yet. Give her a chance. There's not much you can do about it even if there is cause to worry, so getting all worked up will just hurt you.
Want to come live with me if it doesn't work out? I live at the Hanson Infohub. Chair Number 3 in front of the fire. It's an interesting place to watch weirdos and newbs tp in and out while you mess with your inventory, and there are changing rooms nearby. All the comforts of home, if home is a cardboard box under an overpass surrounded by billboards.

I'd say that's a normal part of the transfering process. She'll probably be transfering the parcels to the tenants shortly. I wouldn't freak out til she started doing something unexpected like setting the land for sale to Anyone or activated the autoreturn.

Well....her assistant was in touch also......so it'll be fine. They are moving the entire sim (didn't know you could do that) so our LM's will have to be changed eventually too......but she asured me they'd get it all squared away and said just give them time. I'm fine with that.....but there's an angry mob of neighbors who may not be so understanding if she doesn't at least contect them. One in particular has a few of his parcels set for sale....only now they are in her name....so if they sell...... he is screwed unless she is smart/nice enough to give him his money for them.
I love the sim.....so I'm staying positive....just kind of frustrated that at present I cannot rez anything or change my radio stattions.....and god forbid we get a griefer because none of the land is protected since build is open to anyone. LOL
