Test thread: Can't post reply to desired thread

Naturally after over a half hour of trouble the problem fixed while writing this post which I can't delete.

So, how you doing?

I sometimes post on a more rambunctious general forum and what usually happens there is I spend said half hour composing an insightful rebuttal to some internet moron only to find the thread locked by the time I hit Submit.

I'm fine, thanks, you?

I need to be in bed asleep, it's 1:30 am here and the factory rep from the place that sold the boss the large format printer is going to be there tomorrow so I need to be sharp while he shows us how to print without getting the smears and streaks that have been troubling us.

A forum grouch has just annoyed me.

The boss reformatted "my" computer at work at the end of the day so I have a newly formatted computer that doesn't have any of the extra software I've downloaded on it - and it won't have the over a thousand fonts I need for my work on it, and it's not likely to actually work any better, it's a wierd old dinosaur of a computer, an old dual processor machine - two separate processors, each running just a bit under a Gigahertz. I think it has mismatched memory, it has a tiny hard drive that's almost full. The boss bought a bunch of giant old machines that would be good for servers but not for graphics work and I'm stuck with it.

So I'm not really looking forward to work tomorrow.


I just started a forum at a free forum site, it's part of my plan to deal with the immense shortage of virtual world forums the world is experiencing these days. On of the forums is called Second Life. I guess I can get rid of that one.

Does the inworld Search All work for two letter terms? Such as SL?
