I need to know if Linden Labs has an e-mail for if your account gets frozen and such? I asked a mod but I'm guessing he's offline and I kind of need to know ASAP. The person I'm asking for never received an e-mail on why his account was frozen. Any help would be nice, he's not able to call the numbers on the sl website because he lives in Aussie land.

If you would like to submit an appeal electronically, visit http://secondlife.com/support and click SUBMIT A TICKET, located in the upper-right of the page.
