Any help from anyone would be much appreciated!

On the 7th of April via paypal I purchased two lots of 125 usa dollar that was supposed to go into my linden dollar account. The money has come out of my UK sterling account and I have received confirmation from paypal that Linden has the money but as yet it has not shown on my usa dollar account. I raised about 6 tickets on this with various information and at last via live chat (the one time I got it to work) on last weekend I got a response that it would be looked into and I would get some response about my money the beginning of this week. It is now Wed the 16th and no money no response and I cant get live chat to work again.

Can anyone tell me how I get my money from Linden either into my linden account or back to paypal so I can try again? Living in the UK means calling the support line is not an option.

Help via notecard, im or email at franceannekath@aol.com anything would be welcome

Wow, just last week I went to purchase some Linden dollars and the transaction timed out inworld. The blog indicated asset server issues again so I waited and then did the purchase about an hour later and that one worked fine. Well, then I was looking at my paypal account and it actually showed two paypal transactions, whereas I only got Lindens for one transaction. I opened a ticket immediately about the double paypal charge, pasting in the paypal confirmation data and in less than a week, they gave me the Lindens for the second paypal charge -- I had said in the ticket that I would accept either a refund to paypal or the Linden dollars because I knew I would buy them eventually anyway.

The shock was that this was all handled in less than a week and I did not really do anything special - just opened a support ticket. So, I'm not sure why your issue seems to be taking them so long to resolve - I had always thought they were pretty quick with money issues.

I know some non-US Residents have used Skype to call Billing when they had problems.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Or, go into 'My Support History,' record all of the pertinent ticket/Live Chat numbers and dates into a new ticket, then make the summary line something like 'Attention Supervisor.' Choose the correct ticket type and, along with the numbers and dates, briefly explain the issue and note how many times you've tried to get it corrected, over what period of time. Your first paragraph of the OP would probably work.

You could open an account with http://www.call18866.co.uk - very cheap international calls (and free UK calls), and call support.

New player? $125 US, anyone notice something wrong here, Linden exchange limits anyone? RedRaven if you have recently started or if this is the first time you've wanted to exchange money there is a $10 US limit when you start. You HAVE to ring support up and sort this out.

I am NOT new, own an island via third party for which I pay 120000 a month and just over 5000sqm on mainland direct from Linden. I am a premium account customer and have my USA dollar limit on my account raised to cover my once a month transactions so there is no reason this would have failed. The money has come out of my RL Sterling UK bank account and has been lost somewhere in Lindens paypal account since the 8th of April. I finally got through to Linden via Web Chat last night the 18th April and told my ticket is 8th in some sort of queque and I just have to wait for my money. I lived in the USA for 10 years but am now back in the UK and have always bragged about how fantasic USA customer service is shame I will now have to add except Linden Corporation.
