Yesterday, I went to the Lost Garden of Apollo with a friend. When we TPd to my house my AV had female features - breasts, curved hips, face ,etc. I sat the AV down to take a look at him then logged off while he was sitting in a chair in my house.

I then logged back on and the AV was standing where he normally is when I log on. I then TPd to a more or less random place on the map and when I got there the AV was in a sitting position. When I walked or flew he moved normally, but in a sitting position leaning back, with his hands behind his head. It was actually pretty cool and I got some comments and questions from people asking how I was doing it. Eventually the AV wouldn't move anymore and I had to log off.

you were stuck in an animation, AND ruthed

logging off should fix the ruthing issue which it did, but doing it while sitting caused you to be stuck in the animation
so fixing one issue created the other hehe

anytime you log, do so standing up (not using poseball or furniture and such)

seen many ppl flying around in the sitting position and many ruthed avatars :)

you are not alone

Yeah, i have had tis problem quite a few times.
Once i tp'd from the hangout to go shopping. I had been dancing on the poseballs and ended up in the dancing start pose. Relog usually helps though.

He actually looked pretty good as a woman and I still chuckle at the way he looked tooling around sitting down. Thanks.

I'm sure he looked better walking in the sitting position than he would have with the default Ruth walk. :p

Yesterday I frequently ended up with my boots stuck to my rear after sitting down in some places, detaching them and re-attached them solved this, but it was still annoying. I also ended up with a boot on my head the other day for no apparent reason! :)

hehe at least you know how to fix it- It is also bad when your hair is attached to your boot in your rump. Its all a good laugh for me, i use to get that a lot in the welcome areas.

I always just relog to make things better.

As for dancing and sitting when TP- Sometimes the stop animations don't work to well, even have used the stop animations with my hud. You have a 50/50 chance some times. I was wondering if it is because the scrips have been turned off in the new area in where you have TP into? Hum.. just wondering.
