Yes... you need to be aware that the only way to make a place adult-rated is to set the maturity-lavel on sim-level - it cannot be controlled by 'per parcel'.
Be especially aware (many misunderstandings out there) that checking the per-parcel setting 'require Age Verification' does *not* change the maturity-level... i.e. if the sim is rated PG or Mature, it will still have that rating, and everyone and everything related to it will still have to comply with the rules associated to that rating. |

If your sim is on the Mainland, and NOT on the Zindra continent, you *can't* change its maturity rating to Adult.
