How to get any SL last name possible?

I heard about a website where you can create an SL account and it allows you to choose from all of the last names that exist in SL. Does anyone know what it is?!

Modular Systems allows you to choose any active surname. That's about 1000 more names than the official LL registration page allows.

You can't get a heritage name. They're closed and no longer available at all.

The key words from the other posts are "active surnames". Yours have probably been taken off the list that is still active for choosing from since they do cycle them. The full list of 'active' vs 'retired/heritage' can easily be seen via the slnamewatch.com site.

I found this comment in their forums:

"Its a set of textbox used to quickly activate various changes in behavior on-register so that we can do something without exposing it to the general public or having to "hide" a regapi copy elsewhere. o.o"

Still not fully sure what that means.
