What kind of ticket to submit for Age Verification issues?

Some legitimate residents are still having problems with age verification. The knowledge base articles I've seen about the issue say to file a support ticket asking for help, and they also say to make sure you file the right kind so it goes to the correct folks... but they don't say what kind of ticket to file!

I need to be able to explain the process to Europeans, but after looking at the ticket submit options, I haven't found anything yet looks like the right set of options? (There are up to 3 classification layers to each ticket type.)
