Heya all!
My gf, who has info payment user on profile, can't login the forums... She usually can without probs, but now she got logged off and now she's trying to login she gets this message:

There is scheduled maintenance going on right now which has been going on for the past 5 hours; none of us can get in yet.

You're sure she's been on the forums before? The only requirements are that you have some kind of payment info on file and that you have logged into the viewer at least once. Maybe have her double check what she has for payment info on file. _____________________

I tested web login just now with another machine and another account. I'd advise not logging out right now, unless you want to wait a while to get back in. I suspect they're restarting the login service as part of the maintenance.

FYI, I ran into this issue logging in a little while ago. 37 refreshes, and I was in. I didn't even think of refreshes! I logged out and tried to get back in and couldn't (same error message as above). I ended up opening another browser (Explorer instead of Firefox) and, luckily, was still logged in to my account in that one. |
