Oh Lord, first off rawo1, if you see a posting from an individual that is commenting on your english skills DON'T BE DISCOURAGED AND IGNORE THEM!!!

There will be someone along that can provide you some assistance.

RESTART your router/cable/dsl modem and then give SL a try.

well its not becouse im weak with english its just i hate writing boring things

Rawo1 - don't worry about your writing skills - some people can't see beyond that...ignore (I repeat, ignore) any comments about your attempts at English.

Try the above restart suggestion first. if that doesn't help:

It sounds like either a network problem or, if you have firewall software, secondlife.com may be blocked on your system. Can't help you configure your firewall, though. Since you're on this forum, it looks like you can get to www.secondlife.com. Go to www.secondlife.com, on the main window. Log in there if you're not already logged in and click on support. Open a ticket, paste in what you entered above and see if they can help you. At the same time, contact your Internet Service Provider and see if they have anything blocked at their end and if their Domain Name Servers (DNS) have any problems. Report back and we'll see if we can help further. Jackie

Cos im from syria and i need some proxy program to help me to get in to secondlife.com
so i use the ultraserf and im here but not in the game
and i dint know y in syria they block the secondlife but i hope that program its not related
with my proplem

well i am in college now so i dont thing that might be possible

Even with the proxy it might not be possible to get to the game part of SL, as it uses a special port and proprietary protocol that may not be understood by ultraserf (I'm not familiar with that one). You may only be allowed proxy for HTTP, FTP etc. Can't help you further than that...Sorry. Jackie
