I'm not sure if this is the right place for this query. I already submitted a ticked for basic account members.
I am unable to access the billing update page. I keep getting the following response:
Sorry, no access was possible.
One of the following errors might have occurred:
1) An error occurred in the communication between the shop and the payment platform.
2) Your session expired due to the time no interaction has taken place.
3) Your order was not accepted (e.g. due to a double order).
I also tried using Firefox browser.
I really need to solve this problem urgently because I'm unable to buy anything anymore. My credit card was working fine until it expired. I tried to update the info after getting my renewed credit card but keep getting the above response.
