Last night I was in world for a bit working on a photo project and I always use a face light while doing pics. I noticed last night suddenly....the face light wasn't there. I have probaly a dozen or so in my inventory from different skin purchases and freebies and what not.....so I grabbed one, attached it....and carried on. Next thing I know.....it's gone. I check edit, detach, and sure enough it's not even showing I'm wearing it. So...I go back into inventory....attach another. As soon as I moved to adjust for the next pic....it disappeared. Originally I thought there was something funky going on with the lighting....but yet again when I looked...it didn't show that it was even attached. Initially, when I put it on...it was indeed attached and working. LOL It drove me batty....I think I read a post a while back about attachments just suddenly disappearing....are any of you guys still having issues with that?  I did download the latest viewer.....not having any real problems with the viewer itself...SL always runs pretty smooth for me. But this little glitch is a beyotch. hehe |

Just a thought .... Could it be that the light your attaching is set to " Temporary " check to see if the temp box is checked in the object .
Not sure if you can even attach a temp object ( never tryed ... i will check next time i log in though : ) ) But it might just be something simple like that .

Nope....I have a light attached all the time. I do photography, so I never leave home without it, so to speak. In fact...the only reason I detached the one I was wearing was because I had hair that had a face light in it. But...it looked horrid so I switched back. Then... see above.....  Don't know what the dealio was.... but today while I was in for a few minutes......things seemed normal and my light was on.  |

My sister logged on this morning and her prim skirt and hair were gone! LMAO They were in her inventory, but she thought it funny enough to call and tell me! LOL
