As a land owner, how do I give a DJ access to change the url or stream or whatever so that he can DJ?

Set the land to group, invite him to group, and change his member type to allow URL change

The easy answer would be to have a scripted Media URL changer on your land that either any can change, or that is restricted to a certain group or list of individuals.

Thanks for the quick response. The problem is that this is a new club, someone else owns the land, but I've helped to build and invested a lot of time and money into it and now she is giving problems about giving anyone access to change the stream. She thinks that any member of that group can sell off her land if she deeds it to land and gives anyone access to do things such as change the stream. What can I tell her? Is there any documentation that I can point her to that will explain to her that giving a SJ access to change the stream will not result in her losing her land? This is so frustrating.

Exlpain how group rules work to her. I think there's info on it in the Wiki. Also point out the 10% tier bonus for deeded land.

If she puts a scripted object she own on the land she owns and that object changes the stream URL in her name and does nothing else. If the audio URL changer is then set to only allow a single group to change the she only needs to be sure the DJs are part of that group or is will not except commands. They would not need any special land permission on their group with a scripted audio URL changer.

OK.. example. I have full perms in group and even I can't change the media url. She has to set the group to land for it to work, right?

If it is owned only by her and not group owned, no, all she has to do is set you the audio URL changer and give those that need to change the URL access to it either by individual list or by group.
For example my "radio" audio URL changer can be set to "Anyone can use", "Specified people can use", or "group can use". Right now is have it set to "Anyone", but say I wanted only certain people to be able to change the land URL, all I have to do is change the settings to "List" and enter the list of people I want to be able to change the URL, or I could say form a group of my closes friends, then set it to "Group" so that only that group can use it. I do not need to have my land group owned for this to work.
If the land is already group owned she will need to deed the "Radio" to the group for it to work, but the same applies. The group that has access to the radio need not be the same group that owns the land and "Radio".
