I have an object with white texture. After I put a script in the object, the colour of the object turns into light red.
Other people still see it white, but I see light red.
Does anybody know if it´s normal, and how to avoid this.

You have the scripted objects beacon on - this is something your client does to show you that the object has a script in it. It's not actually red. Turn off the beacon under the view menu (view >beacons>scripted objects or something like that.)

It will also look red if you are in edit mode. Close the edit controls and you should see the correct color. Similarly, prims that have the "physical" property set will look brown in edit mode.

What script ?.
Scripts can do most anything to a prim ... Change shape/Colour/Transparency move it .. make it seem to talk . What script are you putting there? |
