Ok since I got no answer to my last question, what price is guaranteed to bring the land buying bots? I was thinking 9.5L/SM?

Ok since I got no answer to my last question, what price is guaranteed to bring the land buying bots? I was thinking 9.5L/SM? Are you living under a rock? Try a simple land search and note that the lowest prices for 512s are in the 6s. _____________________

If its mainland and you sell for anything under 6.2L per meter then you are giving it away. And that is for trashy land. If it is nice then it is more complicated.

Sure, instead of learning how to find this for yourself, we must move your eyeballs for you.

Cris is helpful with many subjects in the forums and doesn't deserve comments as if she is not here to read them. _____________________

Personally, I've always thought the best help was showing someone how to find the answer themselves.
Give a man a fish or teach him how to fish? (or give em pie - sometimes that is still the best approach) _____________________

No, I'm not. Read the first line of the first reply. Perhaps you should then be more concerned with the original post than with someone who is defending another. If you believe I have wronged you in any way, then send me a notecard or an IM, I will see to it that I correct the problem. If you do not want to handle it, then if you have a problem with that person I defended or me, leave it out of the forums. Thank you. _____________________

Um...huh? Misunderstanding here. I am referring to the sentence "Are you living under a rock?" It understandably put the OP on the defensive and was unneccessary IMO. allright, fair enough. Point understood...however you quoted me when you made your point. That is why I felt it was personal. Thanks for clearing that up Raymond. _____________________

ahh.... so it was YOU, my fair Raymond, who was living under that rock.
![]() it is true that searching land sales while inworld is the best way to answer the OP's question. and now he/she knows. i'd check for the current (today only) number myself, but i'm not inworld. _____________________

Use the inworld Search to get lowest current prices
09-22-2007 08:58
Ok since I got no answer to my last question, what price is guaranteed to bring the land buying bots? I was thinking 9.5L/SM? Search -- Land Sales All types - select For Sale-Mainland PG and Mature. You can leave it set this way, or you can limit to only one type of land rating. The checkbox next to price should be unchecked. The checkbox next to area should be checked. Enter the area of your plot. Click Search. When you get the results, look to the right column heading for L$/sq., verify that there is an upward pointing icon. This means the prices are sorted from lowest to highest. If it is not click on it to change it. You will still need to look at the actual area of plots column, as for some reason some sizes other than the one you chose tend to sneak in. But this will show you what the cheapest prices currently are in SL. If you want to attract a bot, you would need to price yourself below this (I don't know how much lower, maybe someone else does?) And you can click on some of these and go visit them, to see if the land is comparable in quality to yours. This can also help you determine a fair priice for your land, by locating the price range where other land like yours is priced. Hope this helps you with what you need to know. If you don't sell right away, continue to run this search to check things, and slowly drop your price a little bit at a time until you get a bite. Princess Ivory _____________________
