Windlight went to the main viewer with 1.19.1.4. You can still run 1.19.0.5 for now though.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

The only TWO (2) problems I'm having with the new look is:

1) the way the Linden ground cover looks now: Blurred and no grassy definition.
2) the orange tint that glows on everything when you choose a dawn/dusk setting.

Why don't people ever READ THE BLOG. This is really getting old. You might also want to use the search function OR just look at the gazillion threads about the same topic in Resident Answers that are already there. Thank you.

It does for me. Shaders are off and everything indoors is dark, except at noon.

If you want to run .18 still you can just need to add in the -channel "old viewer" to the command line options.

i reinstalled and used .18 a few days ago, and wow..holy cow...its ALOT faster

Oh please.

It takes less time to read the latest blog update as it does to post on this forum and then read the responses.

Anyone who's spent an hour with SL during the past month ought to be aware of WindLight and the fact that it was added to the latest viewer.

Things are orange now. That's just the way it is. One is not supposed to complain, as the orange is considered to be much more "realistic."

World/Environment Settings/Environment Editor. Choose advanced sky, play with sliders, you can make it look however you want. Get something you like, save a preset.
