Most Helpful : Phil, Des, Blot Brickworks-all three have been super kind to me in world.

Most Knowledgable: anyone whos every attemtped to answer one of my many questions,this place is fab..I always learn new stuff and the help comes so fast from everyone!

I dont know any ferrets, and usually once a topic is derailed I give up reading :)
