Anyone know how to stop this?

Looks like one of the debug consoles got accidentally turned on. Advanced-consoles ... make sure everything is unchecked.

If you were trying to CTRL ALT T or CTRL ALT R at the time, you might have accidentally done a CTRL ALT 4 or 5. Try CTRL ALT 4 (or 5) again.
