Are you looking for: - a standing vendor that sells things inworld from XStreet or OnRez? - a vendor, meaning a person that sells things on XStreet or OnRez? - or are you simply trying to decide which service to use?

My opinion is that you'd get better responses if you had titled your thread "Product Vendor Recommendations?" or something else more specific. People with an interest in product vendors would be highly likely to read such a thread, instead of skipping over a thread that could just as easily have been about dealing with an SL boyfriend/girlfriend.
I don't mean to pick on you specifically. People often write vague titles for their threads, so it's useful to have periodic reminders about picking good titles.

Depends on what kind of vendor you need - networked vendors (designed to put at multiple locations, so you put your items in a central server) or regular vendors that you plan to use at just one or two places (so you put your items directly inside the vendors). For a regular vendor, my new favorite is this one by Birans Gadgets: http://www.xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=977157It gives out landmarks and notecards, you can set it for profit share or group discounts, it's resizeable, and the best part is it's only 4 prims but has multiple panels to show more than one item at a time. I'm very stingy with my prim counts so this is a big thing for me.

Oh, I so totally agree! A well thought out title is a thing of beauty and a joy to behold. "I need an opinion." even with a smiley face, hardly qualifies.
