Is there a HUD or script i can buy to add to items so they have a pull down menu when clicked on? It has to be full perm.

Sounds like you might be looking a script for the blue pop-up menu/dialogue box that appears when you click on an item. It can be configured, for example, to give the user colour options for the object.
This script is available in the scripting library in this forum. These scripts are full perms but you need to copy & paste them into a new SL script and amend them to do what you need them to do.

I would be happy to write you a script - no charge. Just IM me in-world or PM me here with details of what buttons you want in the dialog box and what you want them to do etc.

with a little bit of reading, the sript should come with enough notes to help you, you shoud be able to work out what to do, change. If you then have poblems, you can re post the script to the script tip forum and ask "what did i do wrong?".
Edit: peter offers you the easy option.
