What L$ per sqm are landbots paying now?

Yanno ... if, maybe, I got desperate enough to need to get rid of a quarter sim plus 512 ...

When in question and I want to dump some land on landbots if they are out there I usually look up the lowest amount being charged in search.

That's ENTIRELY too sensible an answer FD (I'm at work atm, plotting my move to Open Space and trying to think of a region name that's not too filthy for publication).

Yes that's what I do,Then set the land just above and wait.If I want to sell quick I then lower it by units of 10 until it,s gobbled up.

That's what I did last time - I am going to make a loss but what the hell. If only Open Space had had 3750 in the first place ... oh well! My losses will be peanuts compared to many.

Thing is yes you may lose money Cherry if you bought at 10L a meter or more but think of the cost you're saving on tier.
In my region seen too many over priced lots sit there no one buys that end up going to Governor Linden, the lose out on what they paid all those months on tier and whatever they could got for land.
Last I heard land was going for 7L a meter but prior when I got my new land it was going for around 3.8L, I got over 7k for around 25k little over 4L best deal I have had in while.
Yet bozo next door had their 7124 meter lot for sale for 95k for last months is now abandon.
If they had approached their neighbors first with reasonable price, they probably get buyers.
I ask your neighbors first before going the route of selling to everyone.

Couldn't you IM some of the mainland land dealers?

Just wondering how much dosh I'm going to be able to realistically put aside from it towards the tier on Open Space (to be provided by the ever wonderful Sofia Westwick!! I didn't realise she was doing them, d'oh!).

yeah 3L was the land dealers offered my neighbor few months back. The neighbor who approached me sold me his land he actually gave me good deal.
I am very much into community so I would say find those in the sim who are invested already there money there first before using landbots and land dealers.

Some time ago, I've decide to sell four 512 sqm plots, in order to down my land fees. In the very last day, I had one plot yet. Simply stayed in the plot and started to lower the price, L$ 100 at a time, and than waited 1 minute or so, before lowering another L$100. Eventually, the plot was sold as soon as I hit the OK button.

I know someone who's considering buying 1/4 sim of mainland actually, I'll poke to see how serious she is about it and let you know .

If you're in rush going the lowest per meter that is in search is great way to dump large amount of land that how I dumped 1/4 of sim last year but not sure how things are working right now.
I lost 100k doing that from what I had originally bought it for but I got rid of it within minutes.

I don't want to sell till said goodbye to what I've done there, ideally, it saw me partnering up for reals and it's been home - just seems crazy to keep paying massive tier when I could be in a stable position with water ... water ... and nobody nearby ... BLISS!

Cherry, you will love your openspace sim. My fiance' just ordered his yesterday and will have it anchored close to mine with a body of water separating the two. We too are grappling with what to name it.

4.0/sqm will sell in under 60 minutes.
3.9/sqm will sell in under 6 minutes.
3.8/sqm will sell in under 6 seconds.
