I have several parcels for my club that have been donated.
What happens if they can no longer pay tier on that?
How does that work?
Do those parcels just get turned over to lindens and I have lost them or what?
I don't have a premium account , so I dont' think the tier could just be charged to me, nor could I buy them.
Any help would make me happy

My guess would be that if the group that now owns the land cannot cover the tier, the land will revert back to LL. Best thing would be for the group to sell the land and either you get the proceeds or the proceeds be split amongst whomever -- btw, the split of any moneys will be determined by the roles that have "pay liabilities" and which people are assigned those roles.
