Greetings.
Now and then a script doesn't run for some reason, and a script warning appears. Clicking on a warning tells that the script didn't run... but how can I delete them? My land now has about 4 script warnings on it that appear and disappear, but never go away for good.
Thank you.

The script warning is happening from an object that is triggering the error.
Find the object, and you find the source of your script error.
Click the triangle warning symbol that appears at the top of the screen bar and it should tell you what object triggered the warning.

Yup..... what Briana said. You'll likely have to take the item into inventory and set it back out again if the warnings persist. Or....like me.....you rezzed something with a script in it.....thought it didn't rez.....lost track of it because it was under the floor.....and puzzled over the script warnings for weeks until one day you realized.....Duh! I was trying to edit an AO and thought it didn't rez ..... and it's been under the floor having fits the whole time!

Thank you!... but... the script errors all seem to be for "Female Walk 1", and I don't even have that animation in my inventory. I tried "Stop all animations" in the World menu, but that didn't help. The errors keep appearing, for some reason. I tried looking at the objects on my property, too, but they weren't listed individually.

Maybe you're wearing the Female Walk 1 and don't realize it. Or maybe Female Walk 1 is part of your AO?

I'm sorry, but this is going to be a Dummy Newbie post.
My shoes are okay.
I tried "AO OFF", etc., with no result. I searched my inventory for "Female Walk 1", and it only appears in my trash (as one of those running thingies). I spent a couple of hours in the Wiki and other guides to find out about the AO Text File and the AO Inventory, but they just talked about the LSL language and not where to find the files. I did "WORN" in my inventory, but the only walk is a walk I purchased and that is working. I did a text search in "Documents and Settings for "Female walk", but it isn't there. I also searched the SL folder in my Applications folder. None of those things helped. I looked at all my attachments and the only walk is the one I bought - an it works fine.
Where can I find the AO text file? Is there anything else I can try?
Thank you so much for all your help!
*hugs*

Along with the thing about "Female Walk 1", there should be a name to the left of that. It's the name to the left that is the object doing the complaining about a missing animation, that's the thing you need to find.

The actual text is: "Walk Female AO loaded: Could not find animation 'Female Walk 1'". At the bottom of the Script Warning/Error window the tabs are: "Script", "Walk Female AO loaded (240)", and "Walk Female AO loaded (229)". ty

OK, having a name definitely helps, if you or anyone you know has an object scanner script handy, it should take less than forever to find it (and it's easier with a name to make sure you don't have anything called that worn from your inventory!).
If you don't have a scanner immediately handy, you can still use the ctrl-3 and mouse drag to look for things that look like they could be an AO. You shouldn't have to look all over the world, if you are seeing the icon you know it is within 100 meters.

YAY! I used the gadget and found THREE buried walk AOs on my property. Now it looks like that problem is fixed.
THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED!
