I signed on today and found this:
Region Message Basic Info You are entering a region which is a running a different simulator version than your previous region. You can obtain more information in the Knowledge Base. And of course, the knowledge base tells me nothing. Can someone tell me what this means? |

There's a rolling restart in progress (http://blog.secondlife.com/2007/11/01/rolling-restart-thursday-nov-1st-starting-shortly/) so some sims would have differing version numbers.
It's part of the whole HetGrid thingy. |

Yea, I just was in search of the knowledge database and decided to look in the forums for it first....
