It's called "fair use" - if you can't transfer it, you should be able to copy it for your own personal use. If you can't copy it, you should be able to get rid of it if you don't like it. Don't let the RIAA & MPAA fool you.

i am not drunk, and i don´t see why it´s fair use. i want to give away free stuff that people can use 10 times. after that they can get a new one (for free). when i make it copy, they will use a copy 10 times, when i make it trans, some idiot will get 1000 of them and sell them to poor residents who don´t know they get a limited freebie. edit: fair use for me would mean the option to decide BY MYSELF if i want to sell/give away a product with no permissions, and that i can decide if i want to BUY such an item. if you don´t want it, don´t buy it... well sorry for thinking the forum is a place to ask questions, but it seems like the place to treat poeple like they are stupid... anyway no freebie, and no more questions from me cu

You can do it. I think it goes like this: 1) Make a copy, no mod, no transfer prim. 2) Add a no copy, mod, transfer texture to it. 3) Give it away or sell it. Once it's given or sold, the person who has it can't copy it due to the texture, can't modify it due to the prim permission, and can't transfer it due to the prim permission. Caledon Founder's Plaques are like this.

I thought textures no longer followed that rule once they are on a prim.. or am I confused (as usual)
I would suggest using a null script to do the no perms things

I do have a script in there also... but by combining permissions there's some not-too-hard way to do it.

texture wont matter. nearly all full perm things have a perm on the texture. reading the ops later post i suspect hes wanting a c/nt object.
