I know that I must be an owner of a regular 15,000 prim sim to buy an open sim. I thought the rule was you had to buy them in groups of 4, but then recently saw something in the forums that said otherwise. I have searched the RAs and wiki, but could not find the answer.
Does anyone know? If I buy a regular sim, can I buy just one open sim?

Here is the info from the knowledge base, Rocky:
Openspaces can be bought singly, for a setup fee of USD$415, followed by a monthly fee of USD$75 per month. An existing region can also be converted into four Openspaces, although you cannot convert your last remaining region; you must own a private region to be able to own an Openspace. https://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4417 So, yep.
