Can you change the permissions that are defaulted when you create a prim? For example I would love to have my defaults to be copy/mod/no transfer.

Ok,
when you are in edit mode, just put a check in one of the permission boxes in the General tab. You should be able to pick whatever perms you wish to give.

Thanks Is, that part I knew. When I am creating a building, I sometimes get in "build mode" and just think of the next prim and not setting the permissions as much. Then I have to go back and change them all.  |

you can select them all and change them all at once if you want them to have the same permissions

just make one prim, set to the perms you want, when you need 'moar' prims just 'shift copy' the 1st one, that way all new prims will be permed the way you want and you can build build build
