I have several on my account - can I remove one without closing the account altogether?

Each avatar is basically a separate account altogether. So yes, you can delete one without losing the others.

Do you mean actual resident accounts (they each have their own name, inventory, L$ balance, etc), or different visual avatar representations (a dragon, a doggie, etc)?  . If it's the first, you can just close an alt's account like Novis said (do make sure you're logged in to the account you want to cancel on the site, and not your main  ) but they're never linked together in any meaningful or useful way, if it's the latter you can just delete the folders from your inventory. |
